​I love to help grow folks to meet their full potential. I cover a broad set of coaching and mentoring needs for digital product managers, but am especially passionate about helping PMs grow their product sense, communication skills, collaboration methods, ability to manage laterally and upward, and executive presence.
Some specific scenarios where I am helpful:

Coach for PMs when there's no expert internally (for example, a PM reporting to a startup founder,) where the leader has too much going on to dedicate enough time to the PM staff, or just where a top performer wants an outside perspective & sounding board to accelerate their progress

Coach for high-potential PMs who could use another perspective to help them rocket their growth.

Coach struggling or junior PMs where no senior PM leadership is staffed. Especially helpful with PMs who are new to the field and need active guidance

​Sometimes you need someone who has seen it all and done it before to come in and get a team moving forward faster and better, to have a person come in quickly when you need it but also if you're unsure your longer-term needs on leadership in that area.
I am useful as product leadership for a startup or small tech-focused or tech-enabled company, coming in and moving the team forward in a few types of ways:

Building a digital product team from small/nothing to enable growth. Includes hiring, on-boarding, setting expectations, and coaching the team as they grow.

Temporary VP Product to focus the team on building and executing the company strategy while the exec team navigates longer term planning

Temporary VP Product to re-work a product strategy and move the team forward with the plan as it's built out.

For teams where the Product staff could use some expertise to help assess process, org structure, prioritization methods, etc to improve how they roadmap, develop products, and analyze progress, I can come in for a short period or be available on retainer to advise on how the team works and achieves their goals.
